After completing civil engineering, Mr. Sunil Bhaybhang & Associates ventured into the business of construction in 1985. Completed residential layouts in almost every corner of Nashik City and its outskirts along with commercial & residentail complexes at main locations across Nashik city.

“Hundred Huts” - one of the landmark project located near Phalke Smarak, Pandav Leni on Mumbai Highway is recently completed.

Our other ventures are “Sumanchandra Mangal Karyalaya” "Sumanchandra Restaurant”, "Sumachandra Club" & launching "Sumanchandra Suites" (Service Appartment).

Sumanchandra Group is focused in Real Estate development. Our main avenues of business are commercial and residential projects, land development and farmhouse projects. Etc.

The group also has started a concentrated focus in the hospitality arena with the inception of a club. The club has luxury villas attached with a myriad of facilities. It includes a restaurant on premises. The club is situated near Pandav Caves on Mumbai Highway.

Sumanchandra Group also owns a marriage hall, on Pakhal Road near Pune highway. The facilities for the hall include a 12,000 sq. ft. dome, a 2000 sq. ft. function hall and rooms. Etc.
